Your Focus A Manufacturing Automation Engineer specializes in enhancing manufacturing processes through automation. This role involves evaluating existing systems to identify optimization opportunities and developing automated solutions to improve efficiency and reliability This position is Indonesia - Karawang based and will report to the Manufacturing Manager. How You Will Contribute Perform a variety of tasks to build an automation machine, equipment, and software to support manufacturing processes that are suitable with the latest technology. Conduct the installation, diagnosing, and repairing hardware and software through troubleshooting required. Recognizes and takes steps to resolve operating problems to minimize impact on the operations. Lead and participate in continuous improvement programs to promote facility growth and development. Lead regional and global project implementation by Liaising with regional and global SMEs (shopfloor improvement team, IT team, Data Security team, and SAP team). Coordinate and monitor work progress with users and relevant parties to expedite project implementation and user acceptance. Job Requirement What will you need to be successful? Bachelor’s degree qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Computer Science / Engineering/, with applicable technical knowledge, is required. At least 5 years of experience in the automation field. Ideally well connected in the industry.
