About the TeamEcommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality. Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators. We are looking for a SEA Governance Operational Risk Analyst role to support root cause analysis and problem resolution management for SEA region. Responsibilities 1. Develop data-driven strategies and policies to enable the e-commerce business, evaluate sellers' behaviours, including product listing behaviour, fulfilment and services. The focus is on South-East Asia (SEA) but you may also support other international launches.2. Maintain a keen understanding of SEA market and regulatory conditions to inform strategy development.3. Responsible for sellers' compliance management, building up the implementation process and working closely with cross-functional partners -- such as product and tech teams -- to optimize enforcement system efficiencies.4. Ensure constant improvements of defect order rates and other topline metrics.5. Responsible for minimizing the number of sellers on the E-commerce platform who actively and consistently attempt to engage in non-compliance.6. Work to promote transparency and understanding of policies, including assessing seller plans of action in response to enforcement actions.7. Act as an escalation point of contact and manage internal communications on all seller governance issues.8. Support communications, enforcement actions, and data reporting for seller enforcement and appeal programs. 1. Strong bachelor's degree or above.2. +3 years of hands on and in-depth experience on e-commerce governance strategies or policy-making is a must.3. Excellent programme management and communication skills with the ability to plan for, and manage complex projects, as well as influence multiple cross-functional teams.4. Familiar with SEA E-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with business sensitivity and risk awareness.5. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.6. Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully in ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.7. Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing. Proficiency in another SEA language is a plus.8. Engage with sellers to deep-dive into challenges, and develop seller operational improvement plans.9. Experience with analytical tools (like Excel or SQL) to drive analytics and reporting. Data interpretation is required in this role.
