We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships with businesses that complement our lending services. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and providing valuable financial solutions to a wider audience. What you will do: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities that align with our lending goals Educate partners on our lending products and programs, ensuring they can effectively promote them to their clients Streamline the referral process for partners and their clients Proactively address partner inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship Analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote our partnership program Requirements What we are looking for: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field Proven track record of building successful business relationships Strong understanding of the lending industry and various loan products (a plus) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus) Benefits Time off - We would love you to take time off to rest and rejuvenate.
