Technical Excellence Lead

Job Description Reporting to the Technical Excellence Manager, the role will be responsible for scientific, technical, specialist/subject matter or product expertise. Accountabilities: Implementing Capability Development (Training). Therefore good communication skill is needed, has previous experience in Agronomy (Seed for corn and pesticide knowledge for Crop Protection (CP)). Delivering NPI Trial and supporting NPI Launch, especially delivering pre-commercial demo (stage 6.2 for seed and biological assessment for CP Fungicide, Herbicide and Insecticide). Has capability to create good quality demo/SLC that can be seen as Syngenta showcase.  Has ability to deliver technical guidance to commercial function in regards to product, agronomy and competitors (opportunity and challenge) Giving information to marketing team in regards to growers feedback, product and agronomy Extending standardization  of grower effective meeting checklist (Protocol, FFD, Expo) / guidance. Product and commercial support (especially: Extending standardization of grower effective meeting checklist (Protocol, FFD, Expo)/guidance)). New Technology introduction, as information source in regards to new technology (e.g: transplanter, boom sprayer, etc) Qualifications Essentials Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor degree from reputable University with major at Agriculture / Agronomy. Min. 5 years of related experiences. Has previous trial experience. Strong communicator with good interpersonal and influencing skills, as the role requires working & influencing across different levels of management and across functions/ geographies. English capability: can converse well is preferred.
