Job Description - Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the digital marketing landscape- Assist in managing and updating the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines- Support the creation and distribution of engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, videos, and infographics- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the teamWork Experience - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital platforms- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
