Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any related field At least 3 years of working experience as an Organizational Development Supervisor/ Specialist Have analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data along with the capability to visualize it in a comprehensive format Solid exposure in manufacturing industry both at holding and business unit levels Having experience in project management is a plus Able to work collaboratively in order to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization Applicants must be willing to be placed in Menara Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat Willing to travel if needed by the company to Samora Group's Operating Units Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and employee workflows to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency in utilizing the company's resources Design and implement various initiatives, action plans, and programs related to organizational development according to the company's needs Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition department to optimize the manpower planning process within the company Facilitate the development of the organizational structure and job descriptions for each department in line with the company's business strategy Optimize the utilization of human resources in the company by enhancing collaboration among functions/departments Collaborate with superiors to formulate the company's technical competency dictionary Implement the performance management cycle following applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the effectiveness and efficiency of the new employee orientation program Monitor the internal movement process within the company Manage the Organization Development (OD) module on the HRIS used by the company
