Easy.  What are we looking for?   We’re looking for a leader to Head our Talent Acquisition team in APAC, and we can’t do it without you. This team is paramount to the success of Avomind, and you’ll be supporting right at the heart of everything we do here, and how our business will be shaped for the future.  Are you passionate, committed & eager to learn about the recruitment process? Wonderful - then we’re good to go.  What will you be doing on a daily?   Leading the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition team in APAC, ensuring team performance is above target.  Providing on-going coaching & training to junior team members to ensure professional development & growth. Expand our presence in APAC through business development activities - winning over key clients to enhance growth of the region.  Take ownership of the region's P&L - securing all opportunity for revenue generation. Lead key accounts for the region; acting as first point of contact.  Build key relationships with external stakeholders to ensure account retention & growth.  Actively contribute to both the outbound & inbound recruitment strategy; working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities.  Conduct full 360° recruitment cycle; from candidate sourcing to deal closure.  Work closely with some of the best in the business - we’re incredibly proud of our team; and we’re excited to have you onboard!  Sounds good, right? We would LOVE to get to know you if:  You have a minimum of 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-orientated environment.  You have experience leading remote teams, ensuring operational excellence. Proven track-record of successful growth through business development. Proven track-record of working with key accounts.   You thrive in goal-orientated environments and want to achieve the best.  You have a growth mindset and are always looking for ways to be the best you can be.  You are team-orientated, and committed.  Can work with ever-changing priorities, in a very agile environment.
