Financial Management: Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Optimize revenue streams and manage costs effectively. Foster strong relationships with financial partners and investors. 4. Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of developers, data scientists, and analysts. Requirements Qualifications: Proven track record of successful leadership in the algorithmic trading or financial technology sector, ideally in a senior management role. Strong understanding of algorithmic trading, financial markets, and related regulations. Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with risk management and compliance best practices.
