Fire Safety Manager

MidPlaza Holding is looking for a Fire Safety Manager to join our biggest hospitality business in Bali. As a Fire Safety Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing fire safety protocols and procedures across our properties. Your role will involve conducting regular inspections, training employees, and ensuring compliance with local fire safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire safety management and a thorough understanding of fire prevention and emergency response protocols. Responsibilities: Develop and implement fire safety policies, protocols, and procedures. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations. Train employees on fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and evacuation plans. Coordinate with local fire departments to ensure a prompt and effective response in case of emergencies. Maintain and update fire safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and smoke detectors. Investigate and report on incidents and accidents related to fire safety. Keep up-to-date with changes in fire safety regulations and best practices. Provide recommendations for improvements to fire safety measures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety Management or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in fire safety management. Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards. Experience in conducting fire safety inspections and audits. Excellent communication and training skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and a focus on compliance and safety. Certification in fire safety management is preferred.
