This role is pivotal in attracting top talent and enhancing our employer brand across diverse markets in Southeast Asia. You will develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies that align with our corporate goals and promote our company as an employer of choice.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Talent Acquisition Strategy:</strong> Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that attract high-quality candidates and reduce time-to-hire.</li> <li><strong>Employer Branding:</strong> Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to craft and disseminate a compelling employer value proposition (EVP) that resonates across different cultural contexts in Southeast Asia.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Work closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide consultancy on recruitment best practices and market trends.</li> <li><strong>Recruitment Campaigns:</strong> Plan and execute innovative recruitment campaigns, leveraging social media, job fairs, and other platforms to enhance our visibility and attract potential candidates.</li> <li><strong>Candidate Experience:</strong> Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our company values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.</li> <li><strong>Analytics and Reporting:</strong> Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li>Proven experience (1+ year) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role in a multi-country environment.</li> <li>Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and best practices.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse cultures.</li> <li>Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for recruiting.</li> <li>Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese), English, and Bahasa Indonesia.</li> </ul>
