The Offer Strategic role as a part of the leadership team for a leading B2B startup in Indonesia The Job In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, to achieve the vision of the company as well as to lead the company expansion. You will have an immediate impact on company growth by prioritizing the urgency & complexity of the business agenda on a daily basis as well as mid-term, leading strategic initiatives, and driving program management. Your responsibilities: Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads Driving & leading commercial teams toward meeting business objectives Act as an integral part of the senior leadership team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity The Profile You have a solid Strategy Consulting background, with a broad-based experience with understanding all business functions including Finance, Sales, etc. You have experience in client-facing roles & a strong commercial mindset You have experience driving & managing projects along with strong influencing skills as well as proven strategic thinking and execution capability You have a nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
