Your Role at Cabot Manages sales territory across more than 3 countries under sub regional area and distributors to sell Cabot products generating and achieving all sales and profit metrics including distributor management. Fully qualified and experienced sales professional managing high value and high volume product/solution in multiple applications for plastic masterbatch, carbon black and Fumed Metal Oxides (FMO) products. Investigates and assesses new markets for potential new business development. Leads/conducts studies on market opportunities and potential on given segments and subsegments including value chain analysis, competition landscape and potential solution. Assessing incremental business volume and margin opportunities on developmental horizon until maturity. Identifies and develops product ideas from inception to viable product launches together with R&D and operational team. How You Will Make an Impact Managing sales territory and sells Cabot products, generating target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from customer base. Develops volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans and strategies for achieving desired resultsEffectively communicates and negotiates complex sales contracts with customers. Educates customers on new products and product enhancements; articulates and presents product application features and benefitsIdentifies new market opportunities as well as target builds; seeks out competitive information.
