Job Description ACG_1751_JOB Our client is a top-notch knowledge sharing platform in Asia, who is looking for a talent to join their firm: 1. Project management and expert matching Work as a client-facing staff for 20-30 projects (consulting on market research, industry research, and business projects), particularly for high-priority accounts. Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality expert matching services. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, revenue and profits.  Provide progress reports and milestone updates. 2. Account Extension In charge of on-project activation by providing superior services for top-priority clients. In charge of sleeping user activation, with targeted clients, including consulting companies, research firms, and investment firms.  3. Team Management Provide daily reports and resource allocation for projects priorities and conduct daily to-do checks. Lead, inspire, and motivate project team members. Assign tasks according to team resources, and oversee team performance. Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members, and provide them with constructive feedback and clear instructions.  Requirements Native Indonesian or bilingual proficiency.  Having experience as an account manager, customer relations manager, and customer success manager, or experience in recruitment roles is a big plus. Experience in the management consulting or investment industry or top headhunting/recruitment agencies is an advantage.  Proven track record of managing teams (at least 3 members above). Result-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced client cycle.  Growth mindset, critical thinking, business analysis, and research skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  Attention to detail, autonomous, and highly dedicated.  Fluency in English, plus ability to effectively communicate with external clients in different countries to facilitate internal management meetings.  Benefits Competitive salary with 6-month review.
