Merkle is a dentsu company.Key ResponsibilitiesApply advanced analytical skills and machine learning expertise to develop and implement predictive models, behavioral analytics, and optimization models.Continuously improve data science practices and frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency.Collaborate with the technology team to integrate models into products and develop ML pipelines in a cloud environment.Lead the development and evolution of product recommendation and Generative AI solutions in our Customer Data Platform.Act as a Subject Matter Expert, identifying objective functions and ML algorithms to address business challenges.Effectively communicate project insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.Conduct advanced statistical analysis and simulate the impact of machine learning models on business insights.Present analyses and insights to business stakeholders and country marketing teams, providing actionable recommendations.A bit about youAt least 4 years of experience crafting customer analytics models in Retail, FinTech, Finance, or e-commerce.Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.Proficient in developing ML pipelines using Kubeflow, MLFlow, or API integrations.Skilled in explainable AI and managing model garden operations in Vertex AI GCP.Demonstrated success in leading projects, stakeholder management, and adhering to timelines.Hands-on expertise in the entire model development life-cycle and performance monitoring.Strong command of Python, SQL (BigQuery/RedShift), Cython, and Julia.Experience leveraging transactional and alternative data for customer analytics.Knowledge of Insurance and Banking products and business processes is advantageous.Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud and AWS.Dentsu ValuesWill live the dentsu 8 Ways at all times: We Dream Loud, We Inspire Change, We Team Without Limits, We All Lead, We Make It Real, We Climb High, We Choose Excitement, We Are A Force For GoodInclusion and DiversityWe’re proud to be different and that starts with our people.
