As their partner, we are assisting them in finding a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team.As the Social Media Manager, you will be the voice and strategist behind our client's social media channels. You will craft compelling content, execute effective advertising campaigns, and analyze performance data to optimize reach and engagement, ultimately contributing to the agency's overall success.Key Responsibilities:Create and manage a comprehensive social media calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, encompassing content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, and stories) that fosters meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.Develop and execute impactful paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.Regularly analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within an advertising or digital marketing agency.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your tone and style to different social media platforms.Demonstrated ability to turn social media data into actionable insights and create clear, data-backed reports.Creative mindset with a knack for developing engaging and shareable content.Experience with social media management tools and advertising platforms.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
