As a TLC Account Manager (AM) you will be responsible for the management of key clients and their projects. As part of the Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery, performance and evaluating of campaigns across a wide range of sectors. This includes the management of tech teams, reporting, weekly contact with your clients and being commercially focused. You will need to maintain good knowledge of the industry, and strive for excellence. You will work alongside other delivery teams, such as our Partnerships and Content Teams, and our Customer Service Teams. You will also support the sales team when required to. Key responsibilities To develop and maintain excellent relationships with client brands, demonstrating a good grasp of your clients industry and competitors, being able to provide a consultative and advisory role to your clients. To take ownership and project manage the production and development of campaigns from A-Z, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with customer service agreements. Including any third party requirements. To manage and implement project from writing copies, terms & conditions, consumer journey’s and user experience documents when required. Manage production of digital materials Produce timing schedules for internal and external parties and ensure they are followed. To anticipate, plan and meet deadlines ensuring you are able to think ahead and diagnose issues. Continually liaise with all internal departments - sales, Partnership, customer service, IT and creative To understand digital tracking, analytics, and measuring success against set benchmarks, and transforming data into insights. To keep on top of technological developments, and keep campaign production within house whenever possible. Collecting learnings across campaigns, and using them to maximise business and success in the future. Keeping your colleagues updates about the campaign status, and being responsible for delivering success. Be financially savvy and in control in all matters relating to spend on your projects by thinking commercially. To identify and act to develop further business with existing and new clients; to sell through excellent customer relationship skills. Have the ability to provide a consultancy/advisory role to your clients Have eye for detail – you will take responsibility for ensuring that all work you are delivering is free from errors and produced to the highest standard. You will help ensure the team around you also delivers this level of attention to detail. Skills and qualifications Project management skills (organization, prioritization, autonomy and pro-activity). Power point and Excel knowledge (e.g.: pivot table and vlook formula). Technologically focused, and savvy – willing to learn and use new technology. Data processing skills. Comfortable to speak publicly on conference call and over the phone. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence, presentation skills, degree educated or equivalent. Commercially focused. Confident working independently and collaboratively to deliver objectives. Personal attributes Natural ability to build good working relationships with people globally. Motivated, enthusiastic and has a positive attitude to work – thinks solutions rather than problems. Confident and has self-belief and takes the initiative to resolve outstanding issues. Attention to detail, sense of priorities and organisational skills are essential for this role. Proactive, approachable, able to inspire confidence and enthusiasm.
