Responsibilities Lead and control the implementation of strategy and collection activities across branches. Monitor branch collection performance and cost efficiencies. Responsible for achieving collection targets across branches. Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major. Having a minimum of 2 years experience as a collection and recovery supervisor role in financial institutions. Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, strong math skills, and good training skills. Good management skills with the ability to make decisions in tough circumstances. Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Have a network of Agency Collectors.
