The Offer Fantastic work culture Strong opportunities to progress your career Attractive Salary & Benefits The Job Your Responsibilities will include: Campaign Analysis: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the marketing team. ROI Optimization: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize return on investment (ROI). A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements. Utilize test results to inform campaign optimization. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders. Identify and communicate key insights from the data. Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for differentiation. Keyword and Audience Research: Perform keyword research and audience analysis to inform ad targeting and content strategies. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and achieve campaign objectives. The Profile You are a goal-driven problem-solver. You are persistent and/or a quick learner. You are a team player, you do not think that compromising is a sign of weakness or selfishness. You are able to independently perform self-reflection and you always welcome criticism. Willing to take the initiative to assist your team. Able to work with minimal supervision and keep supervisors informed. Preferably have 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing optimization, analytics, business intelligence, or similar fields. Understanding of using analytics tools. (Google Analytics, Appsflyer) Understanding of performance marketing and its platforms. (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic) Understanding of statistical concepts. Data visualization and relevant tools. (Tableau, Google Data studio, Microsoft Power BI) SQL, preferably BigQuery SQL. The Employer Our client is an independent data analytics consultancy.
