Then come in and join our Indonesia team as a Service Sales Account Manager in Sulawesi to sell and maintain service products/portfolio in the region and launch special campaigns within the service environment according to local and global requirements. The role reports directly to the Business Support Head. Your tasks and responsibilities:Key Account Management/SupportYou will analyze situation and portfolio requirements of key accounts.You will implement individual service offerings/master agreements together with customers and in coordination with product sales rep and regional management.You will provide constant support to the assigned customers.Service Sales after WarrantyYou will trace service offers in cooperation with regional management.You will prepare win/loss analysis of completed service offers.You will collect and trace CS Sales opportunities.You will support market research for CS Business ManagementTo find out more about the specific business, have a look atYour qualifications and experiences:You hold a successfully completed Degree in Marketing, Economic, or equivalent.You have 3 years of work experience in sales and technical field.You have experience in industry background for healthcare/medtech or service.You are willing to be placed in Makassar.Your personality and skills:You are self-driven, motivated and have a positive work attitude.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You are proficient in English both written and spoken.Working Location: Indonesia, Makassar SulawesiOur global team:We are a team of 71,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
