Requirements: - At least 7 years in sales in IT software product, with a strong preference for backgrounds in law, AI/technology, or education sectors. - Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, with a track record of achieving significant sales targets. - Deep understanding of the legal sector's dynamics and challenges, with insights into how technology can solve industry-specific problems. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Strong teamwork capabilities, particularly in a cross-functional setting. - Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous. - Genuine interest in technology and its applications in improving business processes and outcomes. - Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence. - Demonstrated success in building relationships with key industry players.
