Logistic Supervisor (BOAT) - AYANA Komodo

AYANA Hospitality is currently seeking a Logistic Supervisor for their BOAT operation at AYANA Komodo. This position requires an individual who is a proactive team player, able to multi-task and problem solve. The ideal candidate will have experience in Marine logistics and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistic and transportation services, ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of goods and services. The Logistic Supervisor will also be responsible for supervising a team of logistics professionals, organizing and managing inventory, and overseeing the loading and unloading of goods. The Logistic Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the BOAT operation and will be an integral member of the AYANA Hospitality team. Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of logistics professionals Organize and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained Oversee the loading and unloading of goods from the BOAT Ensure all logistics operations are performed safely, efficiently, and on-budget Manage the transportation of goods and services between AYANA Komodo and other locations Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness Accurately record and maintain all inventory, logistics, and transportation data Requirements At least 3 years of experience in logistic and transportation management, preferably in the hospitality industry Knowledge of the latest logistics and transportation software applications Familiarity with international and domestic shipping regulations, tariffs, and customs compliance Excellent communication and team leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize and multi-task Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
