From preparing procurement solicitations to negotiating purchase agreements, your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement processes.Why This Role Is Exciting:Make a tangible impact on healthcare delivery in Indonesia by ensuring the availability of essential goods and services.Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to achieving common goals.Take on a dynamic role where your skills and expertise will be valued and recognized.Your Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager to oversee daily procurement activities and liaise with the Procurement Specialist.Ensure the integrity of procurement processes, from preparing bidding documents to evaluating bids and monitoring contractor performance.Maintain compliance with procurement regulations and guidelines, both internally and from relevant donors.Contribute to the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to meet project objectives.QUALIFICATIONSQualifications: Education:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field. Professional certification in procurement/logistics is advantageous.Experience in a USG or donor-funded project or NGO preferred.Familiarity with QuickBooks and Deltek Costpoint is beneficial.Experience:5+ years of progressive experience in administrative grants, procurement, and supply chain management.Hands-on experience in procuring services, goods, and various procurement formats.Skills and Abilities:Strong understanding of purchasing strategies, including sourcing and tendering processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Why You Should Apply:Make a meaningful impact on healthcare systems and communities in Indonesia.Join a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to driving positive change.Advance your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.Ready to Join Our Team?
