Our client is a global aviation company. We are currently seeking a Finance Transformation Coordinator to join their growing team. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and present insights to management. Cash Flow Management: Manage liquidity, monitor receivables and payables, and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting processes, prepare forecasts, and track budget variances to support decision-making. Project Management: Oversee financial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope. Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with financial objectives. Process Improvement and Implementation: Identify areas for process optimization, develop improvement strategies, and lead implementation efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Working and Coordinating with Headquarters and Different Regions: Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to align financial activities, share best practices, and support organizational goals. Qualifications: Similar experience in relevant roles, with demonstrated expertise in financial management and project oversight. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CA). Experience in handling local tax regulations (VAT/CIT/withholding tax) and exposure to international taxation practices. Experience in SAP implementation and proficiency in financial software systems. Strong leadership skills and a highly motivated attitude to overcome challenges and drive results. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. High level of ethics and integrity, with a commitment to upholding financial standards and regulatory compliance. Project Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and collaboration towards common objectives.
