Claim Investigator - Indonesia

In this position, You will be responsible for carrying out reputational due diligence, background checks, and investigative research by conducting desktop searches and source inquiries as well as coordinating with field researchers and other specialists. The position requires good analytical skills, attention to detail, proficient written English skills as well as good coordination and communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Complete the assignment from A to Z to meet the objectives of the case Define keywords and conduct comprehensive media and directory searches Prepare detailed Task Briefs Prepare budget if necessary and manage budget Allocation and coordination of fieldwork Find potential sources and interview them by phone and/or by meeting Analyze all data collected from the field and request further explanations Analyze all data collected from media searches and sources Write report according to requirements Draft a well-crafted executive summary with insightful analysis Report developments to the supervisor Participate in research and development projects for capacity building Requirements: High level of integrity and professionalism Minimum Bachelor Degree with any major Experience in hospitals and clinics and insurance claim investigating is more preferable Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Comfortable working within deadlines Excellent English writing skills If you meet these requirements and if you are looking for a new, exciting opportunity within a successful, growing company, then this role is for you!
