(Cambodia Architecture) Design Architect

In 2004, they launched a dedicated design studio to cater to the burgeoning market needs, which was a strategic move complementing their existing brand. </p> <p>We are a leading company in the furniture manufacturing, renovation, and architectural interior design consultation sector in Cambodia. As we continue to expand our operations and enhance our services, we are looking for an experienced Design Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for overseeing complex projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performing general architectural works including architectural design, site visits and inspections and prepares related reports.</li> <li>Reviewing CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color/material boards prepared by Architectural Designers.</li> <li>Makes new proposals and/or modify existing drawings when necessary.</li> <li>Ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards as well as client requirements.</li> <li>Creating construction specifications and preparing detailed requisitions for equipment and materials when needed. Interfaces with suppliers as required.</li> <li>Coordinating work with engineering and construction units at project site.</li> <li>Reviews and coordinate with reporting manager for any approval and issued detailed drawings.</li> <li>Conducting on‐site observations and reviews.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in architecture field.</li> <li><strong>Willing to work at Phnom Penh, Cambodia.</strong></li> <li>Having 2+ years experiences the field of Architecture & Design.</li> <li>Must have integrity, initiative, and be flexible and proactive.</li> <li>Experience of interpreting and understanding local utilities rules and design codes.</li> <li>Having good proficiency in CAD and MS Office.</li> <li>Able to communicate with English.</li> <li>Have knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Approved Candidate will get these benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Housing facility.</li> <li>VISA, and Working Permit.</li> <li>Phone Allowance.</li> <li>Gasoline Allowance.</li> <li>Yearly Bonuses.</li> </ul>
