The purpose of the role is to provide transparency and support the Finance Business Partner in creating relevant business insights. The role involves identifying opportunities, financial risks and ensuring reliable execution of monthly/quarterly/yearly controlling tasks. The job holder supports the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and/or Head of Controlling in shaping and executing the performance management cycle. Scope: Seasoned professional who acts as subject matter expert - works on problems of diverse scope, receives little instruction, may lead projects, typically 5+ years of experience. It’s a great way to find the right match for your ambitions and achieve the exciting career you’re after What you need is: •Degree in Business, Finance, or Related Field and either professional accounting qualifications or Masters •Proficient English written and verbal communication •Demonstrated knowledge in Accounting, Controlling, Reporting or Financial Advisory •Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial, consultancy or auditing role within a multinational organization •Effective communication skills, including ability to structure clear presentations •The ability to simplify a financial message to non-finance stakeholders •Strong business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting) and analysis skills •Experience in financial planning, modelling and analysis and reporting software preferred (. Excel, Access, Tagetik, SAP Analytics, SQL, Tableau) •The ability to work effectively under pressure to achieve superior results within the deliverable timeframe, and with the available resources •Demonstrated resilience to face challenging and critical situations in a constructive and decisive manner, dealing with internal business partners and also commitment to business improvement and be able to drive change to achieve results •To be geographically flexible, and have the ambition to pursue an international career • A strong business acumen together with pro-active behaviour, conceptual thinking & crafting direction skills with an entrepreneurial & strategic mindset to drive and make a difference •The ability to communicate and present effectively to cross-functional team members •To work in collaboration with highly diverse teams •To have strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills and be highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Year upon year we are recognized as one of the top 'Great Place to Work' employers, both globally and locally.
