Senior Manager Industrial Engineering

Be the key enabler of the respective BE Segment/Site to achieve Operational Excellence. Drive the implementation of IE standards and KPIs and the actual improvement in Personnel(P), Capital(C), Material(M), and Area(A) Efficiencies. Drive the implementation of a Standard Production Management system and the optimization of Cycle time and Utilization at the respective Segment/Site. Drive and manage the overall Productivity program (NLoP) at BE segment/site, which should include the execution of current year-defined measures and secure mid/long-term productivity pipelines. Drive the implementation of the Automation roadmap and define the mid/long-term Automation roadmap to secure mid/long-term productivity needs.In your new role you will:Lead site Productivity team. Possesses advanced knowledge with >7 yrs of experience in Industrial Engineering focusing on P-C-M-A efficiencies improvement & WIP Flow improvement.Drive segment/site overall productivity roadmap, and secure NLOP pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR.Drive site Automation strategy, provide an attractive business case to pull in ideas, and ensure harvesting upon implementation. Drive and deploy the yearly segment/site level technical goal/target setting as the input for TCR/LTCR, for respective job scope.Conduct yearly benchmarking (BPI, BCD, internal i-SHARP) exercises to secure additional productivity pipelines.Drive standardization and optimization of work methods.
