With their pioneering vision and steadfast determination, they are poised to create a future that is free from the harmful effects of smoking.  Responsibilities: Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders which includes government bodies, business associations, think tank, NGO and other stakeholders, develops key stakeholders mapping, works with relevant departments in engaging identified stakeholders, Develops intelligence system to obtain relevant information and monitors issues that may impact short/mid/long term fiscal plan, and Identify and Manage consultants on the fiscal affairs area. Closely coordinates with assigned markets within the AP region in development and execution of fiscal affairs strategies and action plans.  This includes developing proposals / position papers, input to- and review of third-party fiscal studies, handling ad-hoc market request and sharing regional- and international best practices. Maintain relationship with industry associations to achieve HMS' fiscal objectives , other relevant business associations, and work with partners from other industries, business associations as well as internal PMI stakeholders to collect / share best practices of addressing fiscal and other business-related issues. Support on the development of a credible and holistic long-term fiscal strategy that enables a rapid and profitable transformation towards smoke-free products, while optimizing combusted products tax systems to support profitability and switching to smoke-free products Analyse in detail new platforms in terms of fiscal, customs and trade standpoint and keep himself at pace of all new smoke-free product platforms from an inception standpoint Requirements: Good understanding of government decision making contacts / process / writing Having experience in Excise / Tax area will be an advantage Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to engage in multi sector environments at all levels Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
