Job Description - Recruiting new employees- Managing the administration of employee benefits and pensions- Ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all employees- Organizing employee training sessions- Monitoring staff performance and attendance- Advising line managers and other employees regarding the employment law and the employer's employment policies and procedures- Advising on disciplinary issues and employee performance problems- Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions, and redundancy packages with staff and trade union representatives- Planning internal events with other admin staff- Ensuring a conducive working environment where all the staff work happily and professionally- Other related duties as assigned Job Requirement - Have 5 years of experience working in HR roles; the latest ideal role would be Supervisor/Assistant Manager- Sufficient knowledge in handling general HR matters, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR administration, and industrial/labor law- Minimum 3 years of experience staying in one company- Business proficiency in English
