Focusing on Indonesian consumers being super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app. What will you do: Create and implement strategic initiatives that are in line with overall business objectives across various functions—not limited to marketing, product development, market penetration, and partnerships. Lead the critical strategic initiative with a consistent view on prioritization of the most significant challenges to business success. Work through ambiguous situations, be able to develop frameworks and structures to define problems and construct execution plans that are achievable and pragmatic. Work with other leaders across the organization, including the executive leadership team, to identify key strategic challenges and opportunities. Communicate strategies effectively throughout the company in various forums and supporting functional teams to align outcomes to corporate strategy. Lead efforts to acquire new customers and clients through various channels, such as digital marketing, sales, partnerships, and business development. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally, to expand the company's footprint. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives. Work closely with product and engineering teams to drive product innovation and enhancements that align with growth objectives. Identify opportunities for new product offerings or diversification. Implement data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on growth progress. Establish strategic partnerships and alliances with other companies or organizations to drive growth opportunities. Develop and manage budgets for growth-related initiatives and projects. Allocate resources effectively to achieve growth objectives. Provide regular updates and reports on growth initiatives and progress to the executive team and board of directors. Clearly communicate growth strategies and goals throughout the organization. What will you need: Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's Degree are preferable). 6-10 years of work experience acquired (ideally) at a top-tier consulting firm and/or in an internal strategy department for a high growth organization. Strategic thinker. Detailed and process oriented; with ability to work on both strategic and tactical initiatives. Outstanding project and time management skills. Self-starter and ability to work without direct supervision. Superior interpersonal skills, being approachable and comfortable in building relationship at every level. Highly organized.
