Our client is a one of the largest B2B startups in Indonesia. To evolve into the next phase of its growth, our client plans to aggressively explore new business opportunities and scale the business. Towards this they are looking to hire a highly qualified Deputy CEO to join the leadership team. The Role In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to achieve the company's vision and lead the company's expansion. You will immediately impact company growth by prioritising the urgency & complexity of the business agenda daily and mid-term, leading strategic initiatives, and driving program management. Your responsibilities: Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads Driving & leading commercial teams toward meeting business objectives Act as an integral part of the senior leadership team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity Ideal Profile You have a solid Project Management and Strategy background, with broad experience with understanding all business functions, including Finance, Sales, etc. You have experience in client-facing roles & a strong commercial mindset You have experience driving & managing projects along with strong influencing skills as well as proven strategic thinking and execution capability You have a nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and can multi-task effectively.
