We are seeking a highly motivated Chinese Sales Manager (Native) to join our team at AYANA Hospitality. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Chinese market, as well as maintaining and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Chinese market Identify and acquire new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing customer needs Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and providing excellent customer service Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts Negotiate and close sales deals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities Requirements Native Chinese speaker, fluent in Mandarin and English Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong negotiation and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Willingness to travel as required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
