DescriptionJoin our TeamAbout this opportunity:We are now looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to strengthen Ericsson’s strong position by maximizing supplier value, proactively leading business cases and risks, and contributing to the creation of value for the business and customers, with a primary focus in Indonesia (est.75%), Vietnam (est. 20%), and Myanmar (est.5%), and potentially expand to regional responsibilities in future. This position is accountable for evaluating, qualifying, and selecting suppliers for the external purchase and licensing of all products and services:1. to be delivered to Customers as part of or as an Ericsson product or service2. for internal use within Ericsson.Look forward to your joining!What you will do:Lead strategic sourcing plan for selected categories in Business Service Spends based on market intelligence, supplier evaluation, analytics and priority setting aligned with key partners.Be responsible for all commercial relationship with local suppliers.Identify and lead complex sourcing projects; effectively manage suppliers and internal partners for quality delivery on time.Manage a wide variety of sourcing and procurement requirements including RFx, spend/saving analytics, bid/eAuctions/negotiation, contract management, all commercial supplier relationship, etc; know how to report key performance metrics to measure success of sourcing initiatives and drive continuous improvement on longer run.Engage with key counterparts and partners across the organization via regular meetings and updates; Provide necessary training and guidance to internal users and partners on sourcing directives and work processes.Implement and drive improvements for sourcing compliance, internal control and simplification.The skills you bring:Education: Bachelor's degree/ Masters or MBA in Supply Chain/ Procurement will be preferred.Over 5 years in-depth strategic sourcing, procurement experience and practices (e.g category sourcing, spend analytics and benchmarking, should-cost models, RFx, auction, negotiation and contracting), preferably in an indirect sourcing function at a multinational corporation environment.Expertise in strategic sourcing with demonstrated abilities on project and change management.Inter-personal skills and analytical abilities.Collaborative and influencing style when working with team.Effective communication and engagement with partners and suppliers.Result-oriented with shown ability to deliver results with fast star-up.Full professional proficiency in Bahasa and English. Ability to speak any other ASEAN language will be a plus. Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge. ​
