About The Role Tentang Anak is seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a General Trade Offline Sales representative for the Jawa Tengah - Kalimantan area. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new baby shops as customers and achieving sales targets in the designated area. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential customers within the general trade sector to expand market reach and achieve sales targets (baby shops, etc). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Conduct regular visits to baby shops to understand their needs and provide product demonstrations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in the mom & baby products industry. Have acquaintance with a number of baby shops in Jawa Tengah - Kalimantan area Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
