Assosiate Product Manager

Job Description Collaborate with UX team to ensure quality of the delivered product meet the good standard of design, user experience and features. Collaborate with UX team to dig deep about the experience, usage and needed from the user to get idea and insight about what needs to be improved Responsible to make sure all development process for the product that already agreed in the product roadmap can be delivered. Make sure collaboration between product, ux and tech team is smooth, efficient and effective during development process of the product/features Identify product marketing ideas and opportunities based on industry trends, market landscape and competitive analysis and give valuable insight to all related stakeholders. Conduct user research and product research to identify, analyze and translate customer needs and expectation gaps to the products  Assist and collaborate with Acquisition/Retention/Marketing team to design and execute good product marketing strategy to market. Implement quarterly PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) in each work activities to ensure effectiveness of output quality of the product development process Continually look for and suggest improvements in efficiency in existing processes to increase efficiency and output of the team Create Roll out plan for product/features Make sure all documentation of product/features is delivered completely. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Management, Marketing Project Management Course is a plus. Minimum 3 years of Experience in managing Account Management or IT Operational team. Excellent with market research, consumers’ behavior and marketing techniques Good Knowledge & experience with desktop/mobile/web technologies as well as ERP system. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills. Proven ability to maintain projects and and maintain effective relations with clients Attention to detail and accuracy.
