Business Office Division Head (Healthcare)

This job will be based in Surabaya, Indonesia.Responsibility:Ensure professional service delivery within the Business Office division, adhering to quality standards and patient safety.Oversee the smooth operation of Business Office services for patients.Manage and develop Business Office services.Supervise Business Office operations in line with established policies and standards.Coordinate the collection of quality data, clinical indicators, data analysis, and reporting to the quality committee.Assess the performance of Registration & Admin, ICA, BPJS & Inhealth departments.Issue verbal or written warnings and guidance for violations of company regulations.Sign letters and documents designated within the authority of the Business Office Division Head.Seek guidance from the Hospital Director for operational constraints within the Business Office division.Approve work schedules and annual leave within Business Office departments.Coordinate the dissemination of Business Office service information to all relevant units.Requirements:Education: Preferably Bachelor's degree in GeneralMedicine.Experience: Minimum 3 years in managerial roles in the same field, preferably experienced in ICA.Possession of verifier training certificate.Strong analytical skills.Leadership capabilities.Excellent communication skills.Understanding of hospital operational processes.Experience in insurance/BPJS assurance field.
