AYANA Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive - Japanese (native) to join our team. As a native Japanese speaker, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth within our hospitality industry. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager - Japanese, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, establishing new relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention. Prospect and identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue. Create and present proposals to clients that align with their needs and business objectives. Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure effective sales strategies and tactics. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent AYANA Hospitality and generate new business leads. Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations and solutions to clients. Requirements Native level fluency in Japanese, both verbal and written. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the hospitality industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales revenue targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve win-win outcomes. Highly organized with excellent time-management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
