Collaborating to recruit candidates with highly technical and specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. Primarily interact with potential candidates personally or online, and schedule interviews with HR staff members. They also maintain candidate databases. Responsibilities: Communicates with user for the available positions and their requirements Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database for new and future hires Create talent pipelines for future staffing needs Liaise with the user for open positions and staffing needs Create a proactive sourcing strategy to attract top talent Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates Develops database for current and future hires Build rapport with potential candidates Maintain company brand image through the sourcing process Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical sourcer, recruitment agent, or related role Knowledge in Google Workspace and database systems such as ATS programs Understanding of full cycle recruitment process Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to working independently and has leadership skills Excellent time-management and organizational skills
