Sales Manager

Together with the Sales team, you will be responsible for the overall sales performance by implementing the sales strategy for BekaertDeslee Indonesia. Other key responsibilities are: You identify key customers, distributors and partners in the Asian market and build a strong relationship with them. You partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and to ensure long-term success You negotiate and close deals with prospective clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company You effectively communicate our value proposition through proposals and presentations You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and drive growth. You track sales metrics and generate reports on a regular basis, providing accurate and timely updates to the Sales & Marketing Director. You Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market developments. You manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficient and effective operations. You Travel frequently within the Asian region to meet clients, attend trade shows and participate in industry events. You collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order processing, logistics and delivery. You closely work together with the customer service and the design team You report to the Sales & Marketing Director profile MSc in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field (advanced degree preferred) Proven in a B2B environment, preferably in mattresses, bedding or associated relevant field A passion for sales and demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in an international context. Strong interest and understanding of Asian business practices, cultural nuances and negotiation strategies. Affinity with textile, colors and fashion. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels and represent BekaertDeslee globally Team player and service-oriented Working knowledge of MS Office and/or relevant software (e.g. SAP) Flexibility and Willingness to travel in Asia for 50% of your time
