Our underlying benefits philosophy is this: be fair to our people and provide opportunities for those who take advantage of our programs and resources to increase their personal and financial security.We are looking for : Facilities Business SupportLocation : JakartaWorking Hours: Normal (5 days/week)What this job involves:Supporting the Facilities Manager in managing all aspects of the building facilities including Business support function to assist client Country Manager.Support Office daily operational to ensure workplace environment are in properly order, clean, tidy and comfortable to work.Front desk monitoring i.e. visitor management and access card, call & mail handling, room booking, courier management, etc.Business support function to assist Country Manager including scheduling meeting/agenda, reimbursement process, other administrative duties set by clientOperation (daily site walk around, office & pantry supplies management, handling complain, event management, tracking inbound and outgoing mail, food and drink arrangement for meeting, etc)Ensure Office supplies & Stationary in stockStorage supplies monitoringInvoicing submission to FinanceLiaise with Building management for work permits & schedule PPM by LL and JLLEnsure proper documentation to be “Audit Ready”Other Ad hoc duties set by Facility ManagerSound like you? To apply, you need to be:Knowledgeable and experiencedYou should have at least 12 months of experience in a corporate environment, particularly in reception and administration. An experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field is ideal will go a long way.A positive thinker and strong communicatorAre you a confident, energetic and customer-oriented? Can you interact with stakeholders across all levels? A great match for this job would be someone who has good presentation skills , approachable manner as well as superb written and good communication skills.Organisational and professionalYou should know how to remain calm and professional, and maintain a proactive and positive attitude, especially in managing multiple operational matters under stressful situations. You must be able to manage conflicting priorities and apply holistic approaches for long-term solutions, while complying with the firm’s procedures and standards.
