Job DescriptionSales Manager - Corporate SegmentA Sales Manager, or Sales Department Manager, is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department. This will be done by means of personal sales call (a minimum of 5 call per day), telephone contacts and written communication, and reporting daily basis thru daily report.Organizes and promotes, in cooperation with the Food and Beverage Department, special project such as Balls, Tournaments, Exhibition, Parties, Gastronomic Festivities etc to stimulate the Food & Beverage sales within the community.Coordinates with Front Office, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping Departments in handling of room reservations and customer’s inquiries, requests and complaints.Is responsible to optimal sales and maximize hotel revenue, and profitability to achieve the budget.Your experience and skills include:Degree in Hotel Management school, or general Business school.Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in Jakarta, IndonesiaKnowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes.A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background; Analytical tools - Excel advanced user (most of the formulas; database knowledge, pivot tables); - Revenue Management System (Amadeus RMS or EZ RMS).Technologies and distribution tools - PMS (Opera or FOLS) - CRS (TARS data and resa main screens) and distribution channels.Communication skills : PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.Languages: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and IndonesiaOur team and working environment:Dynamic working environment Friendly and supportive teamDefined developmental career pathOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
