Job Description - Manage the operations of multiple external warehouses to ensure efficient and effective storage and distribution of goods- Coordinate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and meet operational targets- Report on warehouse performance metrics and communicate regularly with customers to address any concerns or inquiries- Consult with customers to understand their specific requirements and tailor warehouse solutions accordingly- Provide regular reports to superiors on warehouse activities- Implement safety and quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate operational risks- Lead improvement activities to enhance warehouse efficiency- Other related tasks as assigned Job Requirement - Has min. 5 years of proven working experience in warehouse management, preferably in a multi-site or external warehouse environment- Min. bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in SCM Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related discipline- Min. high conversational English proficiency- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, warehouse staff, and senior management- Knowledge of safety and quality control procedures in warehouse operations- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement process improvements- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
