Job DescriptionThe PositionThe Business Practice SHIP Senior Specialist, Indonesia and the Philippines leads the Compliance, Privacy and Business Practices operations, localization, implementation, and reporting of the Indonesia and the Philippine markets under the SHIP Sub-Cluster.  The BPM with his/her expertise and collaborative spirit, will be a strong business partner & be part of the extended Commercial Leadership Team of Indonesia and the Philippines, respectively, and will directly report to the BPM Lead SHIP Sub-Cluster.  The role will also be part of the bigger AP Cluster’s BPM Community of Practice, Legal & Compliance, Medical Affairs, to execute upon various compliance and risk management programs.  Primarily the administration of ethical business practices associated with Medical Education and interactions with HCPs.Responsibilities:Business partnering:  Proactively partnering with the business in advising on compliance practices and providing operational guidance within the Organon’s code of conduct, compliance framework and business policies to ensure strategies are executed within the business compliance framework.Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with local internal stakeholders, global teams such as Office of Ethics,  Global Privacy Office, serving as a key liaison to ensure seamless compliance integration within business practices; Compliance programs and policies: Operationalize the OGN compliance programs and policies (related to FCPA, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Privacy, etc) within the Indonesia and Philippines commercial business. Act as privacy stewards by operationalizing the Organon Privacy principles as advised by the Organon Global Privacy Office.Oversight & Monitoring: Act as the guardian of business-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance controls are effectively implemented and maintained; Compliance initiatives and projects: Support the SHIP Business Practice Lead and local management team in working on new compliance & simplification initiatives, also designing new control and monitoring measures, for new business activities and key practices within SHIP or bigger AP Cluster,Manage implementation of changes, conduct training and review sessions with stakeholders to ensure seamless local adoption of changes.Audit and Investigation: Act as primary contact for the Audit and Risk Assessment processes.  Support in internal investigations (when called upon), including data analysis, document review and reporting of observations to Corporate Investigations or Legal & Compliance,Indonesia Corporate Legal Secretary:  handling the full spectrum of local market’s corporate secretarial duties including but not limited to government mandatory reporting, statutory payments, annual general meeting administrations, ensuring local entity corporate permits and licenses are complete and up to date, dividend administrations, among other things.Required Education, Experience and Skills:Exemplifies Organon Leadership Behaviors,Adept at using Organon compliance systemsHigh level of written and verbal communications skillsExcellent time management skillsAbility to effectively prioritise workloadKnowledge of regulations and complianceHigh level diligence and of attention to detail.Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage various levels of stakeholders.Ability to effectively problem solve and interpret information.Ability to handle sensitive information and always maintain confidentiality.Compliance background.Strong history of working with CRM & other compliance systems & processes.5+ years’ experience in a compliance role in pharmaceutical industry preferred.A Bachelor’s degree required, Audit, Finance, Compliance, Legal, or comparable business experience in healthcare industry.Certified Auditor, or alternative certification,Spoken and written knowledge on Local Indonesian language  is a mustSecondary Job DescriptionWho We Are: Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
