As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15-20 years' experience in Marine for the job of Senior Project Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.Key job responsibilities include: Manage, monitor, evaluate and ensure the process of preparing the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) for the EPC Marine project package.Manage, monitor, evaluate and ensure the implementation of construction work for the EPC Marine project package.Manage, monitor, evaluate and ensure the implementation of the commissioning & start up process and performance test until the issuance of an operational acceptance certificate for the EPC Marine project package.Manage, monitor, evaluate and ensure post operational acceptance (warranty period) activities for the EPC Marine project package.Manage, monitor, evaluate and ensure the project scope, project schedule and costs for the EPC Marine project package.Manage, monitor, evaluate and ensure project quality (project quality assessment & monitoring, project quality audit, and project quality control) for the EPC Marine project package.Manage, monitor, evaluate and ensure the project completion process (project closing) for the EPC Marine project package.Manage, monitor and evaluate the preparation and implementation of work/function unit Work Plans and Budgets (RKA).Managing, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of HSSE aspects and supporting HSSE programs in work units/functions.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in EngineeringMinimum work experience of 15 years in project and refinery industryWork experience in the field of Engineering, preferably in the field of Project ManagementExcellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage and develop a team.Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Cross-cultural competence and international experience are advantageous, especially in multinational project environments.In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and compliance requirements in contract management
