Join us to own a product that is impacting millions of lives in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.Job Description:Actively engaging with local management team (Business Directors and Function Leaders) for long term and sustainable product solution that best suits local marketDrive development of features focused in the Indonesian market, from problem identification & analysis, solutioning, prioritization, launch & post-launch review of product solutionsContinuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality, and performance for future iterationsCollaborate with regional & local teams from multiple business & product teamsDevelop & own the roadmap of the assigned product line, prioritize, and align short and long term product goals with key stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years working experience (experience in e-commerce or product management will be an advantage)Strong communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently in a complex and high-paced environmentGood team player, and eager to learnStrong ownership, Self-driven and motivatedProficiency in English to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations
