About the role:Daily checking of Ticketing system and responding for reaching SLA.Conduct troubleshooting root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive measures during and after each incident.Write incident reportsDo periodic monitoring of the dashboard related to the product.Do monitoring of production alerts.Collaborate with the engineering and product team to find appropriate solutionsDebugging related to web applicationAbout You :Strong sense of debugging and troubleshooting issues out of your mind is a must.In-depth knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).Thorough understanding of the Agile development process.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for learning.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Available to respond and handle after hour issues.Proficient in the use of JIRA for managing ticketing.Knowledge in any programming language is a plus
