The job is based in Cikarang, Indonesia.Key job responsibilities include: Report directly to the GMHandle Industrial market in IndonesiaStrengthen the Company's business relationships with industries that utilize the Company's infrastructure servicesIdentify business opportunities and business development to encourage company revenue growth,Analyzing market trends to support commercial strategiesCarrying out commercial and risk analysis of business opportunities and/or partnerships in the relevant field of Infrastructure and CommercialDevelop solutions, strategies, and assessment of current industry impact to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity, in line with the company's strategyManaging pricing cost of service and customer requirementJob Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a commercial discipline from reputable universityMinimum five years' experience in Industrial EstateProven track record of developing and maintaining external relationships at senior levelsKnowledge of Industrial EstateExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and networks and influence outcomes at many levels in an organizationStrong oral and written communication skills are mandatoryMedium to high level computer skills including spreadsheets, data basesInfluencing and networking skillsTrack-record of business development
