The objective of this is to execute and maintain systems, processes & communication tools to manage the critical activities of procurement in local and international markets and a good understanding of import/export requirements and it's executionals experience.  Your responsibilites will include: Conduct full and accurate stock checks in all branches throughout the year. Develop and maintain a record management system to achieve and maintain relevant paperwork and documents accurately. To liaise with suppliers and ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and in full.  Ability to provide reporting support and inventory & buying support analysis to draw insights and from data and make critical improvement related recommendations to management. Develop a process that can provide early warning of impeding products, stocks or any other key challenges to critical internal stakeholders. Lead and provide necessary solutions to resolving problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, customs clearance or customer related issues. Develop and manage systems, processes and align key stakeholders to be able to track and manager company stocks effectively. Conduct periodical trainings to critical stakeholders in Production, Supply Chain and Sales department to use new tools and manage the processes. management processes relevant to their role. Effectively use Technology to maintain and update data and information accurately ‘ To operate a stock control function across the factories. Identify & understand complex supply chain related issues and drive to find and execute solutions Develop and execute systems and processes to efficiently manage logistics and transportation  The Profile Skills and Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related discipline. Min 4 years of full-time work experience in a FMCG Food Factory & Distribution centric set-up. Must have international sourcing experience in products and materials for Dairy, Beverage, Juice and/Plant based Milk or Beverage manufacturing from the international market Analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach. Ability to effectively use Technology.  Fluency in English is a must to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region The Employer Our client is a Well Established Food Manufacturing and Distribution company from UAE that is in the process if launching plant- based milk and beverage products.
