· Generate and qualify leads opportunity · Meet or exceed monthly sales goals · Manage pipeline correctly and commitment · Menage customer engagement and relationship at all level · Understand customer application and provide solution as customer need · Work close with End User and Channel sales team on project management to ensure delivery, datelines and customer satisfactions are met. · Require to prepare product presentation, technical documentation, compliance list and related documents and work closely with deal team on project pre-bid specification for consultants, contractor and End User · Coordinate & follow-up tender awards, prepare & submit quotations and monitor closely for closure. · Develop sales strategies, sales approach and implement sales project plans and action plan to achieve company growth sales targets and profit margins. · Maintain positive business and customer relationships · Prioritize customer concerns to increase client satisfaction for customer service · Internal collaboration and working with team Qualifications · Growth mindset, highly motivated, determined, and target driven · Have min. 5 years experience manage Variable Speed Drive (Medium and Low Voltage) Business · Excellent customer service and communication skills. · Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion · Expert in time management and familiar with BRM and CRM · Strong knowledge in Drive System (Variable Speed Drive LV dan MV) Architecture and Application · Understand Project Management (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closure) · Ability to understand customer application and give customer solution · Ability to create and deliver customer presentations · Flexible work hours. · Understand business management skills and leadership skill · Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure · Ability to work as a team · Able to classify and analysis customer business Schedule: Full-time Req: Q6C
