We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.About the roleYour core focus is to use date to ensure smooth and seamless E-commerce operations helping different parts of E-commerce machinery to work in tandem with other parts of RB Internal organization. Your key responsibility is to ensure Reckitt E-commerce Nutrition its Sell In & Sell Out goals through data driven decisions ensuring Master Plan is coordinated, accurate and visible.Your responsibilities Be an active member of E-commerce team, demonstrating 'growth hacking' and 'resourceful' mindset. Engage multiple internal touch points, particularly Trade Marketing, Finance and Supply Services to streamline E-commerce operations and give desired visibility of rest of internal organization. Take an analytical and evidence-led approach to E-Planning; work with Trade Marketing & Marketing for Platform & Brand Master Plan, own demand forecasting process and represent E-commerce in S&OP; maintain forward forecast by Brand / Brand Segment at SKU level. Operationalize granular scorecards that ensure visibility and transparency to various performance KPIs. Lead data & insight for E-commerce team identify sales opportunities, engage internal & external service providers to manage and automate repetitive tasks. Maintain Master Plan for Brands and Platforms capturing key Activations; ensure it is in sync with broader Marketing & Trade Marketing plans; ensure any gaps are addressed in close coordination with Business Development team. Responsible to source and distribute Gift with Packs, maintaining desired mix of GWP and Base portfolio. Work with Supply and external partners for any physical bundling & embellishment requirements, maintaining desired mix of Bundle and Base portfolio. Liaise with Finance for P&L related processes such as spend forecasting; accruals, claims etc. Know how to apply eCommerce Traffic model to work across variables and understand their linkage with E-Planning processes.
